Shipping Policies  

Most Items will ship within 2 to 15 business days. Holiday seasons, large orders, custom items, special orders and out of stock items may take longer.

*Items considered CUSTOM ORDERS may take 2 - 8 weeks for delivery. 

There may be a need to ship orders in more than one than one shipment (for example, if products come from different warehouses). 

We currently only ship within the 48 continental United States. We DO NOT ship to PR, HI, AK or VI.  

All items are shipped by either UPS Ground, Fedex Ground, or United States Postal Service. Therefore, if you use a PO Box, a street address to where items can be delivered must also be provided to prevent delay of shipping your items. If any questions concerning this please contact us. We want to get your products to you safely.  

We offer free standard shipping on all orders!

Return Policy

You may return any like-new, unused item you are dissatisfied with within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.  You are responsible for return shipping fees. We would prefer that you come visit us again as a happy customer, knowing that if you are not satisfied with whatever you purchase from us, that you can return it and get your money back. Please contact us for information on returning a product prior to doing so.

Backorder Policy

Our systems control back orders and keep them to a minimum for your convenience. Customer satisfaction is our primary goal.  If an item you purchased is backordered, we will contact you with further instructions.

Damaged Goods Policy

Please contact the package carrier (UPS or Fedex) and file a claim using the package tracking number. All claims must be filed with the carrier.
